To make room for the 13,000 Riders who will be participating in the Ride for Heart, there are will be a few road closures on Sunday, June 3.

Road closures:
The Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway will be closed from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Gardiner will be closed from Carlaw Avenue to the Humber Bridge, while the DVP will be closed from Highway 401 to the Gardiner.

As an alternate to the Gardiner, motorists can use Lake Shore Boulevard. Bayview Avenue, Leslie Street or Don Mills Road can be used as alternates to the DVP.

TTC diversions:
On Sunday, June 3, between 4:00 am and 2:00 pm, the set up and running of the Becel Ride for Heart will take place, resulting in the closure of Exhibition Place. During the closure, the 29D DUFFERIN (Exhibition Princes’ Gates) branches will turn back north at the Dufferin Gate.

The 316 OSSINGTON night bus will divert south on Strachan Avenue, looping   at the CNE Eastern Entrance streetcar loop.  Buses then divert, as route 329 DUFFERIN, north on Strachan, west on East Liberty Street, west on Liberty Street, south on Dufferin west on Springhurst Avenue, looping at Dufferin Loop.  Buses then run north on Dufferin Street.

The 329 DUFFERIN night bus will divert south on Dufferin Street, west on Springhurst Avenue, looping at Dufferin Loop, then divert north on Dufferin, east on Liberty Street, east on East Liberty Street, south on Strachan Avenue, looping via the CNE Eastern Entrance streetcar loop. Buses then divert, as 316 OSSINGTON, north on Strachan Avenue, west on King and north on Shaw.
